Directors David Snook and Celeste Matheson will hold auditions for Peoria Players’ Summer Youth Theatre production of Mean Girls, High School Version (ages 14 to 18) on May 17 at 6:00 pm and May 18 at 12:00 pm. Please arrive on time with 32 bars of music ready to go with a song, not from Mean Girls, that shows off your talents. Please also bring sheet music for the piano accompanist. Backing tracks ready to go on a device provided by the auditioner are also allowed. Acapella auditions are not preferred. Please wear clothes comfortable for dancing and bring correct shoes (jazz or soft soled shoes only). If you would like to be considered for tap dancing, please bring tap shoes to the audition.
