Pippi and Daniel are a Midwest-based jazz, soul, and R&B group featuring vocalist Pippi Ardennia and pianist/composer Daniel L. Leahy. They are known for blending soulful, Chicago-style vocals with masterful harmonies to create uplifting, transformational music. With Pippi’s magnetic voice and stage presence and Daniel’s jaw-dropping command of the keys, they’re delivering high-energy performances with their full-scale vocal & horn-driven band featuring four vocalists.  Their shows are packed with unforgettable originals, beloved standards, and energy that moves. The ever-popular CIJS House Band under the leadership of Larry Harms kicks off the evening, featuring a selection of the most outstanding jazz musicians from the area. They present a variety of jazz standards and other popular arrangements. Time- 6 pm House Band, 7:15 pm Guest Group Cost- Members $10.00, Non-members $15.00, students free. Tickets sold at the door.
