Artist Talk with Cathie Crawford
Cathie Crawford will be hosting an Artist Talk at ArtsPartners’ Follow Your Arts Gallery on Saturday, September 12th from 12:30pm – 1:00pm. She’ll be giving away her secrets on how she creates such stunning prints! Her talk will cover what relief printing is, why she does it, her reduction process, and how she uses mylar stencils and blending rolls to expand the color possibilities. She will also bring in a few woodcut matrices and photos to demonstrate her process. Cathie will be exhibiting her work at the ArtsPartners’ Follow Your Arts Gallery starting September 4th and be on display through the end of the month.
