2019: John & Jeff Heintzman

John & Jeff Heintzman graduated from the University of Iowa in 1979. John then worked as a curator at Lakeview Museum and later served as the University Director of Galleries at Bradley University. John and Jeff previously served as the directors of the Peoria Art Guild’s Fine Art Fair after the fair moved from Junction City to the Peoria Riverfront. Together they have led hundreds of Docent Tours for the Peoria Riverfront Museum, Peoria Heights Sculpture Walk, and Sculpture Walk Peoria – educating thousands of adults and children on the importance of public art, and inspiring them to appreciate and engage with the arts in our community.  They continue to volunteer for multiple arts organizations providing curatorial assistance for exhibits, serving on committees, and providing invaluable support to local artists at shows, exhibits, fairs, and festivals. John and Jeff currently serve as teachers for Peoria Public Schools.

EMILY CRANK

Hello, my name is Emily Crank and I am a student at Bradley University. I am currently working towards the goal of double majoring in Art History and History with a minor in Museum studies and Women and Gender studies. My plan is to pursue local history and Gallery exhibition work with a community focus when I graduate. I love art and working on projects that explore the history of the Peoria area, and I am very excited to be working with Arts Partners towards these goals. I look forward to serving the community and furthering the reach of Arts Partners throughout the summer.

I’m Jose! I am a Senior at Bradley University with a Game Design Major and Film Studies Minor. So obviously, I love video games and movies, but really I love all forms of media and creative art! Outside of that I love listening to music, spending time with my family and friends, my baby brother, and my girlfriend!
