In partnership with WCBU Peoria Public Radio, Out and About is a weekly radio show that offers an in depth look at upcoming local performances, exhibits, festivals, and arts happenings.
Highlighting and honoring the creativity of all things women in the arts in Greater Peoria during the month of November.

The 2019 Citywide Celebration of Women in the Arts offered an engaging and enlightening topical forum. The panel discussions, lectures and exhibitions, held in multiple locations, were exceedingly stimulating. The artists engaged us in creative critical thinking which begged us to consider what each of us is doing so we may contribute to positive change for our global environment and relationship to nature.”

In collaboration with Bradley University’s Turner Center for Entrepreneurship, this one-day event is designed to develop business acumen and further establish and enhance the profitability of Central Illinois artists and arts groups. The goal of the event is to increase the economic impact of the arts in Peoria and Central Illinois by supporting a sustainable arts community that has solid foundation in business strategy.

In partnership with Adams Outdoor Advertising, Sky Art Peoria is a program that puts the work of local artists on Adams Outdoor 48’ x 14’ billboards that are seen by thousands of local residents. Winning Sky Art Peoria artists receive nearly $36,200 in free advertising.

Transforming Washington Street into a public art gallery, this year’s walk featured 9 large scale sculptures crafted by sculptors from 7 states.
