Saturday, August 9th Peoria Civic Center 9AM - 5PM Thank you for your interest in participating in IGNITE Peoria 2025! IGNITE provides a free day of creative excitement for the whole family — and it couldn’t happen without you! Complete and submit this form. All submissions are subject to approval. To help us cover rising production costs and continue offering this annual event to the public at no charge, we are introducing a $25 registration fee for participants this year. Your support helps make IGNITE possible. If this fee presents a barrier to your participation, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we want everyone to be able to take part. Have a question? Booth Registration

All booths are required to provide an activity for visitors. What will your activity be?

The purpose of this event is to IGNITE people's creativity, therefore every booth should have an interactive element. These elements can include demonstrations, hands on activities, or any other creative interaction.

We are working to make Ignite Peoria more accessible for people of all abilities. We will be providing an accessibility packet to all vendors registering on best practices for making your booth more accessible and sensory friendly. We will be following up with additional information as well as a discussion to make sure you meet the requirements to be considered an accessible booth for Ignite Peoria 2025!

IGNITE is free to the public and we encourage all booth activities to be free as well. In some cases there may be a small fee involved with an activity. (We strongly recommend you keep this cost between $1-$5 dollars).

Sensory Ignite Registration
Sensory Ignite vendor hours will be 10am-2pm. The Sensory room will be open from 9am-5pm but vendor hours will only be from 10am-2pm!
What will you be doing at your booth?

We are creating a sensory room with activities so there is no pressure on you, as a vendor, to bring an activity. Feel free to bring resources, flyers, information, or merchandise with you. You are more than welcome to bring or have an activity, but there is no pressure to do so!

- I acknowledge that I must set up my area between 10AM and 6PM on Friday, August 8th, and begin tearing down my area at 5PM on Saturday, August 9th. Limited load in will be available for out of town Makers on Saturday 7:15-8:15am. No early tear down will be allowed.
- I acknowledge that on the day of the event I must arrive and have my booth ready to go at the Civic Center by 8:45AM.
- I acknowledge that my event is a part of the overall IGNITE Peoria experience and will always promote the event as a whole when promoting my portion.
- I acknowledge that I may only sell items at my booth after I have received expressed permission by the Ignite Peoria Committee. Items for sale must be handmade or self produced (no resale of third-party merchandise) and I must have a valid tax ID number.
For Sensory: Please read and agree to the statement below.
