Corn Stock Theatre proudly invites you to attend the live performances of Cadillac Crew, directed by Paula Graves January 20, 22, 27, & 28th at 7:30pm, and January 23 & 29th at 2:30pm. Tickets are $14 for adults and $10 for students (College ID and under). This drama is centered around four female activists working in a Virginia civil rights office. On the day that Rosa Parks is supposed to speak, they wonder if the equality of humankind includes women.
Cadillac Crew is a fictious story with fictional characters based around true events and real facts. Through engaging storytelling with unexpected moments of comedy and passionate performances, Cadillac Crew shines a spotlight on powerful woman leaders; particularly African American women who have been forgotten through history.
The cast of Cadillac Crew is an all-female cast that includes local actresses Tameka Mason, Aliesha Graves, Jamara Pearson, Clarissa Martin, Alona Johnson and LaCora Holesome.
As an extra bonus, The Waterhouse will be at all performances selling alcoholic beverages. You must be 21 years and older. Cash and card only.
ABOUT CORN STOCK THEATRE Corn Stock is Peoria’s only outdoor community theatre where shows are presented under a big-top style tent. Located at 1700 N Park Road, in Peoria, Illinois, our main stage season features five shows each summer. The Corn Stock Theatre Center building, located just south of the Tent in Bradley Park, houses the Winter Season and the Corn Stock for Kids program. The winter season produces contemporary, adult content shows October – March, and the Corn Stock for Kids program produces two shows annually and a summer workshop for ages 7-18.
